The Fastnet 2017 aftermath

It was a long regatta, longer then some had anticipated, with milder winds and an unusual calm Celtic Sea that favored the bigger boats who could get away before the different patches of calms hit them.
Emma Claire had to abandone the regatta early on due to various gear failure. Rho ripped their mainsail but instead of abandoning they decided to sail on with a 3rd reef on their main and finish the race.
