Dinghy - Rules and Tactics coaching

Ellie Cumpsty boasts a UK Match Racing National Champion title among other achievements. She is a pro level Laser sailor and a qualified professional race coach.

Our waters present ample grounds for tactical approach. Enhanced thinking in such vein can help improve ones strategic positioning at various junctures of a race.

Ellie is coming to LCSC for a coaching session in rules and tactics off and on the river.

Please note that the price for the day is for training only and does NOT include rental of club equipment (boats, wetsuits, etc.)

Classes other than Laser/ILCA are welcomed subject to appropriate numbers.

COSTS:

£35 for the Full Day, both theory and on the water session inclusive

or

£17 for the morning theory session only

Timings: 9h30 start to 16h00. The idea is to work through the theory in the morning and go out sailing after midday.

The standard dinghy Sailing Risk Assessment will apply and can be found here

Participants who book this session and withdraw within two weeks of the session date or on the day itself, irrespective of the cause of this withdrawal, are liable for the stated cost of the course unless a replacement is found.

Should a replacement be found, the cost of the course less the transactional fees will be refunded.
