Offshore Talk Series - Pro Sailor Rebecca Coles

We are excited to be joined by Rebecca Coles, one of the rising stars of high-performance Offshore Racing. Still in her 20s, Rebecca has an amazing racing resume including most recently racing for Callisto on behalf of the New Zealand Royal Yacht Squadron in the Admirals Cup and a very impressive first place in IRC 1 in the Sydney to Hobart race in 2025.

Rebecca will share her journey from starting out sailing dinghies in Scotland, to representing Great Britain in the 420 class, to being part of the British Keelboat Academy, and to ultimately sailing in high performance offshore races around the world with some of the all-time greats of world sailing as crewmates.

Rebecca is also preparing for her solo race in 2027 in the Mini Transat. This is a 4000-mile single handed race from La Rochelle to Salvador in Brazil!

This is a ticketed event, and all proceeds will go towards supporting Rebecca's goal of becoming the first woman to win the Mini Transat in its 50-year history.

This is a great chance for members to both hear from a pro and to support one of the UK's top sailors in their goal for glory.

Ticket £10 per person. Guests are welcome (they can either sign themselves up via the online calendar, or members can add additional tickets to their bookings).
