Building a Race Team - Talk by Hugh Styles

Our head coach Hugh Styles is back with us on the 29th of October for the next in the race talk lecture series

He's going to be delving into the subject of how to build a race team, and incorporating all the team building elements that help bring a crew together.

While it'll be offshore racing focused, it should have transferrable elements to cruising. For those who don't know who Hugh Styles is, he's an ex olympic laser sailor, and has coached the last for British olympic teams. He also coaches in the RC 44 circuit.

For all those who intend to do some racing next year, this should prove very useful.

To cover some of the cost of putting it on, this will be a ticketed event at £12
