 mpleted an RYA Level 1 or 2 course, but would like to build further exp
 erience and confidence on the water? Then this session is for you! Run 
 by LCSC coaches, we'll practice and build on the skills you learned in 
 level 1 and 2 in a fun and practical way. For those that want to and ar
 e a bit more advanced, there will be the chance to learn how to sail an
  ILCA (Laser) racing dinghy. The session will be a mix of both shore ba
 sed and on-the-water training, and last approximately 5 hours.Suitable 
 for the following levels of experience:Beginner (RYA Level 1 or similar
 )Improver (RYA Level 2 or similar)Intermediate (Greater than RYA level 
 2, with further experience sailing on the river)We also offer various o
 ther training sessions to help you improve your level of experience, in
 cluding: RYA Level 1 and 2 courses, ILCAs for Beginners, Start Racing, 
 and various talks from world-class sailors. Check the calendar for the 
 next available dates.Please arrive in good time as we will be starting 
 promptly.Cost: £50 which includes dinghy and equipment hire.PLEASE NOT
