Under motor:
Handling characteristics of different types of boat
Prop walk - shaft drives and sail-drives
Preparation and use of mooring lines and fenders
Coming alongside a pontoon - different wind/tide combinations
Use of tide - "ferry-gliding"
Springing off
Under sail:
Picking up mooring buoys under different wind/tide conditions
Starts Friday evening (arriving Saturday morning is just about ok); finished the Sunday afternoon.
Cost £225 for members / £245 for non-members
