1st Mates Course

The weekend will be run by an experienced and qualified instructor on a suitable coded cruising yacht and will give you the opportunity to learn with other LCSC members.

Participants will sleep on the boat, at a variety of marinas or other moorings. Suitable clothing is essential but waterproof outerwear ("foulies") suitable for sailing can be hired for the weekend. Most meals are provided on the boat, but you will normally have the opportunity to visit pubs and restaurants ashore.

These cost of the weekend includes yacht charter & tuition.
Mooring fees, fuel and foulie hire will be charged extra.
