With over 70 members at Cork Week in July, we reckon that LCSC has got itself into the record books for the largest number from any visiting club. There were certainly enough to be noticed in the beer tents in the evenings!

The crews, ranging from the experienced to the novice, filled nine boats, from a Hunter 707, to three J 109s, two Sigma 38s, a Sunfast 37, a Murray 41 and a First 40.7, six of which were chartered. Organiser Mike Ridley achieved a phenomenal turnout. All the crews made it through the week, survived the final Friday night party and we look forward to many stories in the bar over the coming weeks!
