The Swedish Match Cup, event five on the Swedish Match Grand Prix Sailing Tour, will be featured on Eurosport's Sailing World programme this week.

The half hour long, weekly programme that is supported by Volvo, will be aired initially at 12:30 pm (Central European Time) Wednesday 9th August, with a repeat at 8:30 am (C.E.T.) Thursday 10th August.

This week's programme will feature 17 minutes of the Swedish Match Cup, which was sailed in Marstrand from 3rd to 9th July, and won by Team New Zealand's Dean Barker.

In one of the most exciting finals of the Swedish Match Tour 2000, Barker and his crew came back from 2 - 0 down against Frenchman Bertrand Pace, to take the trophy 3 - 2.

The Swedish Match Grand Prix Sailing Tour comprises eight events around the world, and features both America's Cup and Olympic skippers and crews.

The first four events on Tour 2000 were in Auckland - New Zealand, Perth - Western Australia, Split - Croatia, and Lake Constance - Germany.

The fifth event, Marstrand's Swedish Match Cup, was followed by the Troffeo Challenge Roberto Trombini, in Ravenna, Italy.

The seventh event on the Tour is the Danish Open in Copenhagen, from 15th to 20th August, with the finale, the Colorcraft Gold Cup on Bermuda's Hamilton Harbour from 22nd to 29th October.
