suggested we might be interested in this article about tragedies at sea and lifejackets.
Personaly I am all for voluntary use of safety devices, but am against most forms of "Safety"
legislation as rules often back-fire in unexpected ways - even lifejackets have contributed to the occasional death ( - webmaster).
