LCSC Offshore Practical Training 2003

Competent Crew, Coastal Skipper and Day Skipper

LCSC is pleased to be able to offer to it's members the opportunity to obtain the Competent Crew and Day Skipper certificates (subject to successful completion of the course) on LCSC-organised courses. The course are to be conducted by Peter Hopps (LCSC member and professional Yachmaster Instructor) and will be offered at a greatly reduced cost over standard commercial school rates. The courses will be conducted on Arbitrator, a Sigma 38, and will give you the opportunity to learn with other LCSC members.

No previous experience is required for the Competent Crew course but you'll get the most out of the Day Skipper course if you've already got a few miles under your belt and feel you're ready to take the first step towards skippering a yacht.
