The Management Committee of LCSC (Mancom) does from time to time make such Bylaws (not inconsistent with the Club Rules) as it shall think expedient in connection with the day to day management of the Club and may from time to time repeal or amend the same.
After having been posted on the Club Notice Board for six days and notified to Members through the Club Discussion Group, any such Bylaw shall be binding on Members as if the formed part of the Club Rules, but any Bylaw may be set aside or amended by resolution proposed and passed at any General Meeting.
All Bylaw amendments made by Mancom including additions and deletions taking place between General Meetings will be included in the Notice convening the next General Meeting.
